The Position
Melbourne Water is seeking a highly accomplished senior executive to join the organisation as the Executive General Manager, Corporate Services. Reporting directly to the Managing Director and as a member of the Executive Leadership Team, this role will lead a broad enterprise portfolio that enables Melbourne Water to perform, adapt and deliver for a sustainable and resilient future.
The Executive General Manager will drive the transformation of Corporate Services, lifting performance and productivity while strengthening the portfolio's role as a trusted partner to the wider organisation.
The successful candidate will bring extensive executive leadership experience gained in a large-scale multidisciplinary government enterprise, relevant commercial or similarly regulated sector. They will have a proven record of uplifting corporate services capability and translating strategy into impactful, measurable outcomes.
Central to success will be the ability to influence change across the portfolio and broader organisation,



build confidence in the portfolio, and take an organisation wide view to critical technology/digital, procurement and financial priorities.
