Full-time position available for an Apprentice Pastry Chef at our Artisan Bakery in the Shoalhaven on the NSW South Coast.
Become part of an established and growing team of dedicated pastry chefs.
Producing all products from scratch (no premixes).
Working with quality and sustainable produce & ingredients.
You will be trained in all aspects of pastry, pie & cake production
A valuable work ethic, positive attitude, attention to detail, and a passion for food are essential.
This position will require weekend work.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications:
Would suit school leavers or entry-level applicants
Early morning and day work, no nights.
Own transport required.
A positive outlook and attitude towards work




You will be required to always maintain the kitchen/preparation area in an exceptionally clean and organised manner and have pride in what you produce. If you are detail-oriented, with a desire to learn and develop the skills to produce Artisan quality pastry items, then please apply.
