Role Overview
n
The College is seeking to fill a short term contract to provide accounting assistance to the Finance Team.
n

You have a high level of computer literacy including the use of accounting and payroll systems and MS Office 365.

Responsibilities
n
This role will be responsible for:
n
n
Fixed Asset Stocktaken
n
Conduct physical inspection.
n
Record identifying details.
n
Mark item with ID if not present (Sticker etc)
n
n
Prepare novation documents for each supplier contract
n
Process change of company details for third parties such as Westpac Payway, Trybooking, Consent to Go, Government agencies (VET Funding, Food Licence LCC, Dept Transport)
n
Prepare and upload **** Budget into TASS
n
Debtors Supportn
n
Debtors receipting
n
Direct Debit form processing
n




Obtain **** non tuition fees, apply fee increase and update records
n
Assist in invoicing
n
n
Uniform Shop Supportn
n
Undertake profit margin analysis for uniform shop items.
n
Process price increase in Uniform Shop where necessary.
n
Analyse winter sales and stock holdings. Propose winter **** top up order.
n
Analyse current stock holdings and propose stock top up orders.
n
Prepare old uniforms for collection.
n
n
Purchasing Support
n
Accounts Payable Support
n
Bus Cost Analysisn
n
Update cost per trip analysis
n
Review accuracy of internal charge for excursions
n
n
Participate in staff daily devotions and College worship sessions.
n
n

A capacity to use analytical skills, innovation and technology to ensure compliance with the College's financial management frameworks.

Current industry experience in delivering the responsibilities outlined above.
