About the business

ACO Halgan is a roto-moulding and fabrication manufacturer based in NSW, VIC & QLD that requires a Plastic Fabricator and Poly Welder in our brand new production factory in Park Ridge.
n
The role requires you to
n
Perform plastic fabrication and poly welding tasks – primarily joining large HDPE sections.
n
Aligning parts to be joined using hand tools and measuring instruments.
n
Examine welds for width of bead, penetration and quality.
n
Able to read and follow detailed product drawings.
n
Work independently and as part of a team
n
Responsible for assuring the quality of their own work.
n
Record information, such as product details and dates of production.
n
Be reliable, punctual and dependable.
n

n
Skills and experience
n
You will need to have,
n
Previous factory/ workshop experience and can follow safety requirements.
n
Preferably 2 years of experience using extrusion welding and hot air welding equipment and/or Plastic welding certificate.
n
Excellent attention to detail
n
Strong problem‐solving skills and analytical ability
