About the Role
n
As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital leadership role in delivering high-quality clinical care while promoting dignity, independence, and quality of life for all residents.
n
Key responsibilities include:
n
n
Delivering safe, evidence-based, person-centred nursing care
n
Leading, mentoring, and supporting care staff and allied health aides
n
Coordinating clinical assessments, care planning,



and medication management
n
Responding confidently to clinical emergencies
n
Supporting senior clinical management to maintain best practice standards
n
Fulfilling site leadership responsibilities (e.g., First Aid Officer, Fire Warden) when on duty
n
Maintaining accurate clinical documentation in line with regulatory requirements
n
Fostering a culture of safety, respect, and continuous quality improvement
n
n
About You
n
n
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
n
Minimum one year's post-registration nursing experience
n
Current CPR certification
n
Current National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
n
Full Australian working rights OR eligibility for onshore sponsorship (demonstrated strong experience required)
n
Sound clinical assessment and decision-making skills
n
Robust leadership, communication, and interpersonal capabilities
n
Previous experience in Residential Aged Care
n
Postgraduate qualifications in Aged Care or a related clinical field
n
Familiarity with aged care funding models (e.g., AN-ACC)
n
