We are recruiting
three Customer Support Advisors
to join a growing global organisation specialising in supplier information and risk management.

Murarrie
, these roles will suit confident and engaging customer service professionals who enjoy speaking with customers, solving problems and working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
The Role As a Customer Support Advisor, you will provide first-line support to customers throughout their onboarding, registration and renewal journey. You'll manage a high volume of customer interactions while ensuring information and records are accurate and up to date.
Your responsibilities will include:
Making high-volume outbound calls to support new and existing customers through registration and subscription renewals
Building strong relationships and providing clear, helpful advice throughout the onboarding process
Providing first-line support across general, procedural and basic technical enquiries
Validating online questionnaires and customer information with a high level of accuracy
Updating customer records, activities and call outcomes within the CRM
Supporting customers with subscription fees and payment processes
Managing customer concerns and escalating more complex matters when required
Working towards individual call, service and productivity targets
Identifying opportunities to improve processes and customer experience
About You
You'll be a confident communicator who genuinely enjoys helping customers and is comfortable spending a significant part of your day on the phone.
Ideally, you will bring:
Previous experience in a customer service, contact centre, customer support or similar environment
Confidence handling both inbound enquiries and
high-volume outbound calls




Excellent verbal communication and a professional telephone manner
Strong attention to detail and accurate data-entry skills
Experience using CRM systems and maintaining customer records
Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
The ability to work towards deadlines, KPIs and call targets
A proactive, flexible approach and willingness to contribute to process improvements
