Responsibilities:

Candidate
Management:Interview
candidates, manage their experience, and help them find the right job.
n
Client Interaction:Meet with clients to understand their business needs, take job briefs, and maintain solid, long-term relationships.

Manage Recruitment Assignments:Handle various recruitment processes, including posting job ads, searching databases, and interviewing candidates.
n
Fill Jobs:Match the right candidates to the right jobs, ensuring both clients and candidates are satisfied.
n
Business Development:Use sales and marketing techniques to attract new clients and arrange meetings.
n
Team Collaboration:Work closely with a supportive and enthusiastic team.

Event Coordination:Help organise client meetings and events to build stronger connections.
