About the Role
Are you an experienced Dietitian looking for a role where you can make a meaningful difference without the pressure of high caseload targets?
We're looking for an experienced and autonomous Dietitian to join our growing team, delivering mobile services to adults in their homes and local communities.
You'll work with clients with a range of complex and chronic health conditions, providing individualised nutrition assessment, intervention and ongoing support. You'll have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with clients, their families and support networks while working collaboratively with other allied health professionals.
This role is suited to a Dietitian who enjoys working independently, values clinical autonomy and is passionate about delivering practical, person-centred care.
What We're Looking For
A qualified and AHPRA-registered Dietitian
Minimum of 2 years' clinical experience, ideally with an adult caseload
Experience working with complex or chronic health conditions
Strong clinical reasoning and assessment skills




A confident and autonomous approach to community-based practice
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A genuine commitment to person-centred and family-inclusive care
Willingness to travel to clients in the community as part of a mobile model
Current Australian driver's licence
