The Moreton Bay Boat Club is seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Chef/Cook to join our kitchen team. This is a casual position with the potential for ongoing development and career progression.

What You'll Bring
Trade qualification or demonstrated experience in a chef or cook role
Ability to thrive in a quick‐paced, high‐volume kitchen while maintaining attention to detail
Commitment to quality, consistency, and presentation
A positive attitude and cooperative approach with both kitchen and front‐of‐house teams
Flexibility to work a rotating roster including nights, weekends, and public holidays
Minimum of 2-3 years professional cooking experience required
Australian work rights required for this position

Key Responsibilities
Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient kitchen environment
Deliver consistently high standards in food preparation, cooking, and presentation
Assist with stock control, ordering, and management of kitchen supplies
Adhere to all food safety, hygiene, and workplace health requirements
