About The Role
n
We are seeking a qualified and motivated Pharmacist to join our dynamic team. This role is full time, working five days per week across our stores in Mullingar, Portarlington & Newbridge. This role involves delivering high-quality patient care, ensuring the safe and effective dispensing of medications and providing expert healthcare advice to the local community.

Key Responsibilities
n

Accurately dispense prescriptions in line with legal and skilled standards.
n
Provide advice on medications, including dosage, side effects and interactions.
n
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including those set by the Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland.
n




Leading the team to deliver exceptional customer service.
n
Supervise and support the pharmacy team.
n
Deliver additional pharmacy services (e.g., vaccinations, health screening and common conditions service)
n

Managing the day-to-day operations of the dispensary and store, including:

n
Stock control.
n
Paperwork and administrative duties.
n
Claim verification and submission.
n
Store opening/closing duties.
n
n
The Ideal Candidate
n
n
Fully qualified and registered with the Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland (PSI).
n
Minimum 1-year experience in community pharmacy (preferred).
n
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
n
Highly organised, capable of working efficiently under pressure.
n
Empathetic and professional in dealing with patients.
n
Strong leadership qualities and ability to motivate a team.
n
Available to work 5 days per week across three locations and every second Saturday (this will be 1 of your 5 days).
