Our firm is seeking an experienced and capable Practice Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of an established and renowned small-to-medium sized legal practice.

This is a part time position of 2–3 days per week, with flexible working hours available to accommodate the right candidate.

The successful applicant will play a central role in ensuring the practice runs smoothly and efficiently, supporting both our team and our clients.

Key responsibilities:
n
Overseeing the daily operations and administration of the practice
n
Managing office systems, workflows and general resources
n
Supporting financial administration, including billing, invoicing and reporting
n
Coordinating and supporting administrative and support staff
n
Ensuring compliance with relevant policies,



procedures and regulatory requirements
n
Liaising with clients, suppliers and external service providers
n
Identifying and implementing improvements to enhance efficiency
n
About you:

Proven experience in a practice management or comparable operational role
n
A strong track record of managing office operations effectively
n
Excellent organisational and time-management skills
n
Confident communication and interpersonal abilities
n
The capacity to work independently and exercise sound judgement
n
