About the Role
We're looking for a DTF Print Operator to join our production team. This is a hands-on, technical role running our DTF printers day to day—from loading film and consumables through to monitoring colour accuracy and print quality on every job. Full training will be provided, but if you've got DTF experience already, that's a bonus.
What You'll Be Doing
Setting up, calibrating, and operating DTF printers for daily production runs
Loading and managing DTF film and ink supply
Applying adhesive powder and managing the powder-curing process
Monitoring print jobs for colour accuracy, alignment, and overall quality
Reviewing artwork files ahead of printing to ensure they're print-ready, using RIP software
Inspecting finished transfers for defects or inconsistencies before they move to production
Performing routine printer maintenance and cleaning, including printheads
Troubleshooting minor printer issues independently




Keeping jobs moving to meet daily production and turnaround deadlines
Working closely with the wider production team to keep workflow on track
What We're Looking For
Detail-focused and quality-minded—you catch issues before they become problems
Practical and hands-on, comfortable working around machinery
Comfortable in a fast-paced setting with changing priorities
Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
Calm under pressure when production is busy
A good communicator and team player who can also stay focused on their own tasks
Nice to Haves
Prior experience operating DTF printers or similar digital printing equipment
Familiarity with RIP software and colour management
Basic knowledge of design software (Illustrator/Photoshop) for print-file checks
Experience in print production, manufacturing, or apparel decoration
What to Expect
This is a physical, hands-on production role. You'll be standing for most of the day, working closely with the printer, film, ink, and powder. Some days are fast-paced, especially when deadlines are tight, so we're looking for someone who can stay focused, follow processes, and take pride in producing quality work.
