We are seeking a passionate and experienced
Qualified Beauty Therapist
to join the La Prairie team in Chatswood. This part-time, client-facing role is responsible for delivering exceptional luxury skincare treatments and personalised consultations while creating memorable client experiences that reflect the prestige of the La Prairie brand.
The Beauty Therapist will provide expert skincare analysis, perform luxury facial treatments, recommend bespoke skincare solutions, and build long-term relationships with clients. Working closely with the retail team, you will support sales growth, client recruitment, retention initiatives, and in-store events while upholding the highest standards of client service and presentation.
What You Need to Bring
Qualification in Beauty Therapy
Proven experience performing advanced facial treatments and skincare consultations
Strong knowledge of skincare ingredients, treatment protocols, and luxury beauty products
Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to create personalised client experiences
Robust communication and relationship-building skills
A passion for luxury skincare, wellness, and delivering outstanding results
Confidence in recommending skincare solutions and achieving retail targets
Experience within a luxury, prestige beauty, spa, or department store environment is highly desirable
Flexibility to work weekends, late-night trading, and promotional events as required




Key Responsibilities
Deliver luxury facial treatments and skincare services to the highest professional standard
Conduct comprehensive skincare consultations and develop personalised treatment plans
Recommend appropriate skincare products to support client goals and treatment outcomesBuild and maintain a loyal client base through exceptional service and follow-up
Support client recruitment, retention, and event initiatives
Maintain treatment room standards, hygiene protocols, and stock levels
Partner with retail teams to achieve sales and service objectives
Represent La Prairie brand values and luxury service standards at all times
