All Purpose Transport is seeking an experienced
Accounts Receivable Officer
to join our dynamic team in our Southern Suburbs & Logan Brisbane QLD location. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of accounts receivable, as well as providing administrative support to the broader business.
What you'll be doing
Processing and monitoring customer invoices and payments including RCTI's
Managing accounts receivable, including chasing up overdue payments and maintaining accurate customer account records
Liaising with customers to resolve any billing or payment issues
Collaborating with the finance team to ensure efficient and effective accounts receivable processes
What we're looking for
Relevant experience in an accounts receivable. Experience in the transport or logistics industry looked upon favourably but not necessary
Strong attention to detail and numerical skills, with the ability to maintain accurate financial records
Excellent communication and customer service skills,



with the ability to build positive relationships with customers
Proficiency in using accounting software and MS Office applications with strong Excel skills
Applicants must have Australian work rights to be eligible for this position
A proactive and organised approach, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work independently
