About the Role
n
Reporting to the General Manager Finance & IT, you'll lead the technology environment supporting our National Support Office, distribution operations, eCommerce channels and national store network.
n
You'll manage a small internal team and a network of external technology partners, with responsibility spanning enterprise applications, infrastructure, cloud services, cybersecurity, data governance and service delivery.
n
A key priority will be providing technology leadership for the implementation of Pronto 780 and its successful transition into business-as-usual operations.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and deliver Clark Rubber's technology strategy and roadmap
n
Lead the implementation, integration and ongoing optimisation of Pronto 780
n
Oversee ERP, POS, eCommerce, infrastructure, cloud services and business applications
n
Strengthen cybersecurity, data governance,



disaster recovery and business continuity
n
Improve system reliability, service delivery and the technology experience across the business
n
Lead major technology projects, operational improvements and critical incident response
n
Manage IT budgets, vendors, contracts and managed-service providers
n
Lead, coach and develop a small internal IT team
n

What You'll Bring
n
n
Minimum 8–10 years' experience in IT, including 3–5 years leading an IT function or team
n
Experience within multi-site retail, franchising, distribution or a similarly complex environment
n
Robust ERP implementation and optimisation experience, ideally with Pronto or a comparable platform
n
Experience across POS, eCommerce, systems integration, infrastructure and enterprise applications
n
Strong knowledge of cybersecurity, cloud services, service management and business continuity
n
Commercial experience managing budgets, vendors, contracts and external technology partners
n
A practical, collaborative leadership style with the ability to translate business needs into technology outcomes
n
A relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent senior-level experience
n
