About the Role
n
You'll be responsible for:
n
n
Diagnosing and repairing plumbing issues across a variety of sites
n
Installing, maintaining,



and servicing diverse plumbing systems
n
Providing expert guidance to customers on plumbing solutions
n
Ensuring all work meets safety compliance and industry standards
n
Completing digital job notes, photos, and documentation accurately
n
Pipe relining and rehabilitation across residential and commercial properties
n
CCTV drain inspections and no-dig repair solutions
n
Collaborating with teammates to consistently exceed customer expectations
n

What We're Looking For
n
n
Minimum 3+ years plumbing experience in a maintenance or repair role
n
Strong technical knowledge of plumbing systems, fixtures, and fittings
n
Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills to quickly identify and resolve issues
n
Customer-focused approach with the ability to provide clear, professional advice
n
Reliable, punctual, and committed to delivering high-quality work
n
Ability to complete digital documentation via phone/tablet
n
