This rapidly growing National Allied Health organisation offers an excellent opportunity for a budding speech pathologist to join their team of experienced allied health clinicians! Offering excellent professional development support; weekly discipline specific trainings, $**** PD allowance & 4 days PD leave, and work shadowing opportunities with SP's with 15+ years experience! Full time and part time opportunities available.

Weekly Speech Pathology specific training with the National SP manager with 15+ Years experience in the industry

Structured career progression pathways - become a team lead, clinical lead or work in operations.

Your Role
n
You will see clients across the life span presenting with neurodiverse and physical conditions out in the community (homes, schools etc.). Some of the services you will provide include;
n
n
Early intervention
n
Maximising communication and swallowing functions
n
Functional communication assessments and therapy
n
Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) for adults and children
n
Swallowing assessments and Mealtime Management Plans (MMP)
n
Help Autistic adults and children communicate their way
n
Improve functional independence through communication skills intervention
n
Quality of life approach for eating and drinking
n
Transitional feeding programs
n
n
Support
n
Recieve weekly or fortnightly supervision (depending on your needs) with Senior clinicians with over 10 years experience, access $**** PD allowance + 4 days PD leave to undertake courses that follow you area of interest & engage in weekly discipline specific training from a very experienced speech pathologist.

Requirements

Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
n
SPA membership
n
Unrestricted working rights in Australia
n
Drivers license and own vehicle
