The Position
We are looking for an experienced Owners Corporation Manager to join our Melbourne team. Reporting to the Team Leader, this is a full-time position offering great career development and support.
Whether you're currently in Owners Corporation, Property Management, or Facilities Management, if you have a passion for property and building strong relationships, we want to hear from you.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
Attending meetings and preparing minutes
Building strong relationships with Committees
Providing practical, solutions-focused advice to clients
Preparing annual budgets and reviewing financial reports (training provided)
Managing correspondence and resolving client queries
Ensuring compliance with legislative requirements
Resolving disputes in a professional and timely manner
About You
You are customer-focused, highly organised, and thrive in a rapid-paced professional environment.



With a proactive approach and strong attention to detail, you can manage competing demands while maintaining high service standards
Ideally, you will bring:
Prior experience in Owners Corporation Management or a related property field
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organisational, time management, and negotiation abilities
A commitment to delivering high-quality client service
Competence with (or the ability to learn) StrataMax and Microsoft Office Suite
