POSITION
n
Due to continued growth, a Site Supervisor position is now available to join the team across a diverse range of projects.
n
n
Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities across residential, commercial and modular projects.
n
Manage subcontractors, trades and site personnel to ensure work is delivered on time, on budget and to the highest standard.
n
Ensure full compliance with WHS legislation, site safety plans and company procedures at all times.
n
Liaise with project managers, clients and consultants throughout all stages of construction.
n
Monitor and report on project progress,



identifying and resolving issues as they arise.
n
Maintain site documentation including daily reports, variations and inspection records.
n
Uphold the company's standards of quality, workmanship and client communication on every project.

EXPERIENCE
n
To be considered it is vital that you have the following:
n
n
Practical experience as a Site Supervisor and/or Highly Skilled Carpenter.
n
Strong ability to manage subcontractors, trades and site personnel
n
Solid understanding of WHS requirements and construction compliance
n
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
n
Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications
n
Valid driver's licence required
