This is a great opportunity to join our team as a Permanent Assembly Store Worker based at our Distribution Centre in Cairns. With both 4-day and 5-day shift options available, the role offers flexibility while providing stable, long-term employment. You will play a key role in assembling orders, maintaining warehouse operations, and ensuring products are prepared accurately and safely for dispatch. Candidates with a High Risk Licence will be highly regarded, making this an ideal opportunity for reliable and safety-focused individuals looking to build their career in a fast-paced distribution environment.

In this Role
n
n
Accurately pick and pack orders in line with customer requirements and productivity targets.
n
Operate RF scanners and warehouse management systems to process orders and maintain inventory accuracy.
n
Safely operate reach forklifts to replenish stock, move inventory, and store products within racking systems.
n
Receive inbound deliveries, unload vehicles, and check goods against delivery documentation.
n
Inspect incoming stock for quality and report any discrepancies, damages, or shortages.
n




Load outbound vehicles in accordance with dispatch schedules and load restraint requirements.
n
Prepare and stage orders for dispatch, ensuring all paperwork and labelling are completed accurately.

You're Likely a Match If
n
n
Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution centre, or logistics environment preferred.
n
Experience in picking, packing, receiving, and dispatch operations.
n
Current Reach Forklift Licence and demonstrated reach truck experience highly regarded.
n
High Risk Work Licence advantageous.
n
Ability to safely load and unload trucks and containers.
n
Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality.
