At NOVA Dental Implant Centre, we're growing our clinical team and looking for Dental Assistants who care about doing their job exceptionally well.
You don't need to be an implant or surgical DA already.
If you're an experienced general Dental Assistant with strong clinical foundations, we can help you develop your skills and gain exposure to advanced implant and surgical dentistry. And if you already have surgical or implant experience, we'd love to give you the environment to take those skills even further.

You may assist with everyday general and restorative dentistry while also having the opportunity to work alongside clinicians performing advanced implant procedures and complex surgical treatment.

rather than simply move from one DA position to another.
What you'll be doing
Depending on your experience and interests, your role may include:
Chairside assisting across general, restorative and implant dentistry
Preparing surgeries, instruments and materials
Dental X-rays and impressions
Sterilisation and infection control
Maintaining accurate clinical documentation
Anticipating clinicians' needs and keeping procedures running efficiently
Supporting patients before, during and after treatment
Coordinating clinical flow throughout the day
Working closely with dentists, clinicians and the wider NOVA team
For DAs interested in developing their surgical skills, there will also be opportunities for exposure to implant surgery, surgical workflows and advanced rehabilitation cases.
Who we're looking for
We're less interested in finding someone who ticks every box and more interested in finding someone with the right clinical foundations and attitude.
You'll likely be someone who is:
Experienced in dental assisting
Confident and organised chairside
Calm when the clinic gets busy
