Full-Time Housekeeper – Private Family

About the Role
n
Your responsibilities will include:
n
n
General household cleaning and tidying
n
Laundry, including washing, drying, folding and putting clothing away
n
Ironing and garment care
n
Changing bed linen and making beds
n
Keeping household areas, cupboards and belongings organised
n
Helping the home run smoothly on a day-to-day basis
n
Assisting with the children when needed
n
Occasional household errands and other reasonable household tasks
n
n




The primary focus of the role is housekeeping and household organisation, with assistance involving the children as required.
n
About You
n
We are looking for someone who:
n
n
Has previous experience working as a housekeeper in a private home
n
Has excellent cleaning, laundry and ironing skills
n
Is comfortable assisting with children when required
n
Is trustworthy, discreet, reliable and punctual
n
Has excellent attention to detail and takes pride in maintaining high standards
n
Is organised, proactive and able to identify what needs to be done
n
Can work independently and manage their time effectively
n
Is looking for a stable, long-term position
n
Can provide strong references from previous employers
n
Has, or is willing to obtain, a National Police Check and Working with Children Check
n
n
