Vincon Customs and Trade Solutions Pty Ltd is an Australian owned business and is seeking the services for a junior operations clerk to join our growing business.

Duties will include:
n
n
Day to day compiling of a variety of commodities within the customs tariff.
n
Ensure each job that is compiled is matched with correct documentation.
n
Data Entry
n
Registering Jobs
n
Update Annual Packing Declarations
n
Liase with clients, freight
forwarders/airlines
and shipping companies for information regarding charges, ETA's and documents.
n
Liase with Brokers on urgent shipments and assist brokers when necessary.
n
n
Skills required:
n
n
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. A solid command of English language is essential.
n
Self-motivated person with a "can do" attitude.
n
Reliable, punctual and able to work independently.
n
High attention to detail and be enthusiastic and willing to learn.
n
The right applicant will be trained, and no previous experience is necessary.
