Key responsibilities

In partnership with the Midwifery Unit Manager, you will: Coach, mentor, and develop nursing and midwifery staff.

In partnership with the Midwifery Unit Manager, you will: Foster a positive culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous learning.

Provide visible clinical and operational leadership across the ward.
n
Support excellence in woman-centred and family-centred care.

What you need
n
n
Registered Midwife with at least 3 years, full time equivalent, post registration experience or currently classified as a Clinical Midwife (Dual Registration as a Nurse/Midwife is highly desired).
n
Experience in the leadership and direction of student midwives, enrolled nurses and less experienced registered nurses and midwives.
n
Demonstrated competence in
gynaecology/gynaecology
oncology nursing & midwifery practice in accordance with the relevant standards.
