Wonderland Academy Early Learning Centre is seeking enthusiastic and Educators to join our lovely centre in West Pennant Hills, NSW. This is a part-time or Full time opportunity to be part of an innovative early learning environment that focuses on providing exceptional care and education for young children.

What you'll be doing
n
Planning and delivering engaging, play-based educational programs that support the holistic development of children
n
Ensuring a safe, nurturing and stimulating workplace that meets the needs of each child
n
Building positive relationships with children, families and the broader community
n
Documenting children's learning and development through observations and assessments
n
Collaborating with the centre team to continuously improve practices and outcomes
n
Upholding high standards of professionalism and adhering to all relevant regulations and policies
n
What we're looking for
n
Diploma, Certificate 3 or trainee in Early Childhood Education or a related field
n
Proven experience in a similar role within the early childhood education sector
n
Demonstrated ability to create engaging,



play-based learning experiences
n
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with children, families and colleagues
n
Passion for supporting the holistic development of young children
n
Commitment to continuous professional development and a collaborative approach
n
Valid Working with Children Check and First Aid certification
n
