We are currently seeking experienced Disability Support Workers to join a growing supported Independant Living SIL team in Dapto.
n The successful applicant will be compassionate, resilient, reliable, and experienced in supporting individuals with mental health needs. This role offers ongoing weekly shifts with the chance to become part of a stable and supportive team.

Essential Requirements

Australian Resident with full working rights
n
Experience supporting participants with mental health diagnoses
n
Ability to work active shifts and/or sleepover shifts
n
Strong communication and documentation skills
n
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
n
Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
n
Current Driver's Licence
n




Own reliable transport
n
Fluent English communication skills
n

Highly Regarded

Medication Assistance Experience
n
Diabetes Training
n
Experience preparing meals and lunch packs
n
Restrictive Practice Experience

Behaviour Support Experience
