Bakery All-Rounder (Sales, Kitchen & Baking)

Bakery Assistant & Cafe All Rounder combining full service server duties across Burek House locations in Corrimal, Warrawong, Berkeley and Cringila. This is a permanent stable position with alternating shifts between four stores.

Key responsibilities

Provide professional, friendly and enthusiastic customer service
n
Work independently in the kitchen, including setup and cleaning, food preparation, packaging and production
n
Bake (training will be provided)
n
Demonstrate product knowledge and understanding of coffee variants
n
Work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
n
Multi-task, prioritise, manage time and complete tasks
n
Have an understanding of health and safety responsibilities
n

About you
n
n
Must be available to cover shifts at all four stores
n




Must have a valid driver's licence and a car to make early shifts (4am-6am) due to the absence of public transport
n
Must be able to work independently in a quick-paced, high-energy environment
n
Must be able to multi-task, prioritise, manage time and complete tasks
n
Must be able to bake (training will be provided)
n
Must have product knowledge and an understanding of coffee variants
n
Must work Monday to Sunday (minimum three days per week)
n
Must be available for some weekend days and early morning shifts (4am-6am)
n
Shift times range from 4am to 6pm (7-8 hour shifts)
n
Hospitality experience: 1 year (Preferred)
