Asphalt Cartage Truck Driver
to join a busy road surfacing operation based in
Brendale
.

THE ROLE
You will be responsible for the safe and productive cartage of asphalt and materials to and from work sites across the Brisbane region.
Transporting asphalt from plants to roadwork sites
Loading and unloading asphalt safely and efficiently
Operating your truck in accordance with site and road safety requirements
Completing pre-start and vehicle checks
Working closely with asphalt crews, supervisors and site personnel
Maintaining accurate paperwork and delivery records
Ensuring the truck is kept clean and in good working condition
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Experienced in
truck driving, cartage or civil construction
Ideally has previous




asphalt experience
Holds a current
HC or MC licence
Reliable, punctual and safety-focused
Comfortable working around busy road construction sites
Able to work independently while being part of a crew
Physically capable of working in an outdoor construction environment
Available for early starts, overtime and occasional night work where required
Asphalt experience is highly regarded, but we are happy to consider drivers from other civil, quarry, transport or construction backgrounds.
