TMA Group of Companies is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable & Billing Officer to manage billing, invoicing and collections across our international group, spanning Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, North America, Europe and the Philippines.
n
This is more than a traditional AR role. You'll play a key part in transforming our AR function, improving processes, automation and systems.

What You'll Do
n

Manage end-to-end billing, invoicing, AR and collections.
n
Handle reconciliations, disputes, credit control and reporting.
n
Support AR system implementation, testing and go-live.
n
Improve,



standardise and automate AR processes.
n
Maintain robust data quality and support audit requirements.
n
n
What You'll Bring
n
n
5+ years' AR experience, including billing and invoicing.
n
Hands-on experience with AR transformation, process improvement or system implementation.
n
Strong Excel and ERP skills — NetSuite, SAP, Xero, MYOB, Dynamics or similar.
n
Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
n
A proactive mindset focused on improving how things are done.
