About the role
n
We're looking for a Manager to lead the successful delivery of consulting projects while helping strengthen our people, practice and ways of working.
n
This role combines project leadership with practice contribution. You'll work closely with Principals, clients and project teams to deliver high-quality work, support business development activities and help create the conditions for our team to thrive.
n
While no two weeks look exactly the same, your work may involve:
n

Leading consulting projects from commencement through to completion
n
Planning and coordinating project activities, deliverables and client engagement
n
Managing client relationships and acting as a trusted day-to-day contact
n




Facilitating workshops, interviews and consultation activities
n
Leading analysis, synthesis and development of high-quality reports and recommendations
n
Contributing to project scoping, proposal development and new opportunities
n
Participating in resourcing, planning and internal coordination conversations
n
Strengthening templates, tools and ways of working across the business
n
Mentoring and supporting capability development across project teams.

What we're looking for

You'll likely bring:

Experience delivering consulting projects or programs in health, social services, government or related sectors

Confidence managing multiple priorities, stakeholders and project streams

Robust facilitation, engagement, analytical and communication skills

Experience building productive client relationships and navigating complexity

The ability to support and guide consultants while fostering a positive team environment
n
A practical mindset focused on outcomes, quality and continuous improvement
