We're seeking an experienced Site Electrical & Automation Supervisor to lead our electrical, automation, and process control functions across a high‐performance industrial manufacturing plant. This is a senior technical leadership role overseeing a team of shift electricians, apprentices, and a process control specialist, ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient operation of all electrical and automation systems on site.

About the Role
n
As the Site Electrical & Automation Supervisor, you will be the highest‐level electrical and automation authority on site, responsible for:

Leading and developing a team of electricians, apprentices, and a process control specialist
n
Overseeing electrical maintenance, compliance, and safe work practices
n
Providing advanced troubleshooting across PLC, SCADA, instrumentation, drives, and industrial networks
n
Managing automation changes, system integrity, backups, and documentation
n
Supporting capital projects, upgrades, and reliability improvements
n
Ensuring electrical and automation work meets regulatory, safety, and operational standards
n
Working closely with production, engineering, and contractors to keep the plant running safely and efficiently
n

What You'll Bring
n
Licensed electrician with extensive industrial manufacturing experience
n
Strong leadership capability and experience supervising electrical teams
n
Advanced knowledge of PLCs, SCADA, HMIs, instrumentation, drives, and industrial networks
n
Ability to guide and mentor apprentices and tradespeople
n
Experience leading complex troubleshooting and automation fault‐finding
n
Strong communication skills and a commitment to safe work practices
