The Role:

Prepare detailed cost estimates across civil and construction projects.
n
Identify commercial risks,



opportunities and potential value-engineering options.
n
Take ownership of tender pricing and submissions.
n
Analyse project scopes, drawings, specifications and relevant documentation.
n
n
About You:
n
n
Minimum 5+ years' estimating experience across basements, demolition and civil infrastructure projects.
n
Confident interpreting plans, specifications and project documentation.
n
Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tenders and competing deadlines.
n
Solid knowledge of construction methods, project costs and subcontractor pricing.
