Job Description

We're looking for an Experienced Final Trim Grader Operator to join our growing team. This role requires a high level of precision and skill in final trim grading, working on pad construction and earthworks sites.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Final Trim Grading – Perform precise grading to design specifications, achieving correct levels, tolerances, and smooth finish
n




Reading & Interpreting Plans – Work from construction drawings, GPS/UTS data, and design specifications
n
GPS & UTS Machine Control – Operate contemporary graders with GPS and UTS guidance systems
n
Working to Tight Tolerances – Achieve millimeter-accurate grading, ensuring quality and compliance with engineering standards
n
Safety & Compliance – Maintain a safe work environment, adhering to company and industry regulations
n

What You'll Need

Construction White Card
n
Current Drivers Licence
n
RII Grader Ticket
n
Experience using Trimble GPS
n
Minimum 3 years of experience operating a grader in civil construction
n
