Business Process Owner - Forecast to Manufacture

Shape how key Forecast to Manufacture processes work across Asahi Beverages, spanning forecasting, new product development and broader product delivery. You'll own and govern your assigned processes; lead continuous improvement and make sure they stay effective as the business evolves.

This is a hands-on process role where you'll turn business challenges into practical improvements, influence how teams work and drive better quality, efficiency and consistency.

Key Responsibilities

Develop clear visual representations of business processes, using Signavio to build shared understanding and enable better decision making.
n
Own and govern assigned business processes, ensuring they remain current, effective and consistently applied across the organisation.
n
Lead process improvement, identifying root causes and opportunities to simplify, streamline or automate how work gets done.
n
Assess and drive process changes, evaluating options and taking agreed improvements through to effective implementation.
n
Maintain explicit process maps and documentation using Signavio or similar tools, creating a shared understanding of end-to-end processes.
n
Champion process standards and continuous improvement, driving adoption while tracking whether changes deliver the intended quality and efficiency benefits.

About You

Strong experience in business process management, analysis or continuous improvement, with demonstrated hands-on involvement in improving processes.

Proven capability to understand and design end-to-end processes, identify problems and turn complex requirements into practical solutions.
n
An inquisitive and analytical mindset, with the confidence to ask the right questions, challenge constructively and uncover root causes.
n
Strong stakeholder and influencing skills, with the ability to translate business discussions into clear processes and build commitment to improvements.
n
Experience with Signavio or similar process mapping tools is valued.
n
Exposure to Forecast to Manufacture, NPD, manufacturing or FMCG is beneficial, but not essential.
