"My Community Health" is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our dedicated team servicing the NSW Sydney East region. As a part time Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality healthcare to our elderly and disabled clients within the local community. What you'll be doing

Providing comprehensive nursing care and support to clients in their homes or community settings
n
Conducting assessments, developing and implementing individualised care plans
n
Administering medications and treatments as prescribed
n
Monitoring client health and wellbeing, and reporting any changes to the appropriate medical professionals
n
Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and holistic care
n
Maintaining accurate and detailed client records
n
Promoting client independence, dignity and quality of life
n

What we're looking for
n
n
Registered Nurse with a current AHPRA registration
n




Minimum 2 years' experience in a community nursing or similar role
n
Strong clinical skills and knowledge of aged and disability care practices
n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
n
Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team
n
Commitment to providing person-centred, compassionate care
n
Current driver's licence
n
