Customer Service Executive & Order Management

Brisbane
office! This is a fantastic opportunity for those seeking part-time, full-time, or flexible working options. Located conveniently at
Brisbane Airport
, we embrace adaptable working models that allow you to balance your professional and personal life seamlessly.
Your purpose:
Liaising with our customers to co-ordinate their orders/shipments by the advised dates listed on the orders
Input of orders into EDI/Cargowise and the essential follow-up of the orders with GEODIS overseas offices, subsidiaries and agents thereof
Reporting changes in freighting requirements to and from GEODIS overseas offices
Liaising with shipping lines, overseas GEODIS offices and agents, freight forwarders, carriers, current clients and prospective clients
Communicating any issues relating to the timely movement of shipments to our customers
Creating quotations that reflect the service and are profitable for the business
Rate Maintenance in conjunction with operational managers
Visits to allocated clients where appropriate
You'll bring:
Minimum 3 years' experience a Customer Service Executive & Order Management role within the freight forwarding, logistics, supply chain, or international transport industry
Strong understanding of international freight operations across Air Freight, LCL, and FCL cargo
Understanding of invoicing processes, billing practices, and operational cost management preferred
CargoWise One (CW1) system experience required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams)
Time management and prioritising skills
