n DRC Drilling is a leading mining company committed to excellence, safety, and innovation. As part of our continued growth and success, we are seeking an experienced Driller Supervisor for our Surface Operations.

Role Overview:
n As a Surface Drilling Supervisor at DRC Drilling, you will oversee Drilling Operations to ensure they are conducted efficiently, safely, and according to company and regulatory standards. You will manage a team of Diamond and Reverse Circulation Drillers and Driller Assistants, communicate closely with internal and external stakeholders to achieve safe and efficient Drilling programs.

Key Responsibilities:
n
n
Supervise and coordinate drilling activities, including planning, execution, and review.
n
Ensure all drilling operations comply with safety regulations and company policies.
n
Manage and lead a team of drillers, providing guidance, training, and support.
n
Monitor and control drilling equipment and techniques to optimize performance.
n
Collaborate with engineers, geologists, and other professionals to ensure project objectives are met.
n




Maintain accurate records of drilling operations, including progress reports and safety logs.
n
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during drilling operations.
n
Conduct regular inspections of drill sites and drilling equipment and ensure maintenance schedules are met
n
Ensure adherence to environmental and regulatory requirements.
n

Desired Qualifications & Experience:
n
n
Cert IV in Drilling Operations
n
Proven experience as a Drilling Supervisor with a strong Diamond and RC history
n
Robust knowledge of drilling techniques, equipment, and safety standards.
n
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
n
Ability to work in challenging and remote environments.
n
Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
n
