Team Leader
and
Weekday Boosties
to join our team. The successful applicants will be passionate, reliable, outgoing and hard working with a can do attitude. The Team Leader will also be required to have a few extra characteristics and responsibilities:
Work closely with the manager to lead the team
Set sales and COGS targets each shift
Coach the team throughout the shift to achieve KPIs
Deliver amazing customer service
Get a VIBE going in store through sampling, music, theme days and an outgoing personality

Experience leading a team
Reliable
Versatile
Confident to set sales and COGS targets and coach the team to achieve these
Extremely outgoing
Able to work both weekdays and weekends
