An opportunity now exists for a Sales Associate to join the business and work directly alongside the Director on a high quality listing portfolio.
n
The Role You will work as second agent across all of the Director's listings, including some high profile properties and high price point sales. This is a role built for someone who wants excellent training and real exposure to a top performing sales process.
n
Both established Sales Associates and candidates stepping up from an Admin or Leasing background will be considered, provided you have real estate industry experience.

Duties
n
n
Work as second agent supporting the Director across all listings
n
Prospecting for listings
n
Attend appraisals and listing presentations with the Director
n
Attend and assist at open homes, auctions and private inspections
n
Build and maintain relationships with buyers and vendors
n
Manage buyer enquiries and follow up communication
n
Assist with the sales process through to settlement
n
Maintain accurate CRM records and track leads
n
Represent the Director professionally at all touch points of the sales process
n

Package up to $80,000 plus commission

What You Will Need

Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
n
Current driver's licence andcar
n
Real estate industry experience, whether as an established Sales Associate or in an Admin or Leasing role
