Security Guards
to join our team in Sydney NSW This is a
casual position
offering Great venues . As a Security Guard, you will play a vital role in protecting our clients' assets, personnel, and premises in The Hospitality Arts and Entertainment . This position is essential to maintaining a safe and secure setting, and you will be a key part of our commitment to delivering exceptional security services across the Sydney region.
What you'll be doing
Acting as the first point of contact at venues events sites
Checking identification and managing entry and exit of patrons, guests, and authorised personnel
Conducting thorough inspections of premises, buildings, and grounds to identify potential security risks
Responding promptly to security incidents and emergency situations with professionalism and calm
Writing legislative and pro active security logs
Collaborating with law enforcement and emergency services when required
Providing excellent customer service to patrons and guests whilst maintaining security standards
What we're looking for
A current Security License issued by the relevant NSW authority or willingness to obtain one
A current First aid certificate
A current RSA certificate
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure
Physical fitness and the ability to stand, walk, and patrol.
Excellent attention to detail and observational skills
Reliability and punctuality,



with a professional approach to work
Basic literacy and numeracy skills to complete reports and maintain records
Previous security experience or customer-facing roles is advantageous but not essential
The ability to work flexibly, including potential shifts during evenings, weekends, and public holidays
