Description
Oxford Economics, a leading economic forecasting and consulting firm, is looking for a B2B marketing specialist to drive Oxford Economics' presence across Australia, with a particular focus on positioning our economic solutions within the construction and real estate sectors.
You'll drive integrated campaigns, explore industry relationships, and leverage the AI tools and frameworks already developed by our team to deliver work that's sharper and faster.
Key Responsibilities
Regional Marketing & Demand Generation
Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns (email, LinkedIn, paid search/social, webinars, content) supporting OE's research, data services and consulting offerings across Australia
Drive demand generation activity for subscription and consulting products, working with the regional sales team on lead follow-up and campaign reporting
Manage marketing automation platform activity (Pardot) for the region, and use Salesforce for marketing reporting and pipeline visibility
Translate economic research and forecasts into engaging campaign content, working with in-house economists and the content team
Track and report on campaign and funnel performance for the Australian market
Confidently use existing AI tools and workflows built by the marketing team (e.g. content, reporting, and campaign support tools) as part of day-to-day work
Industry Partnerships & Brand Building
Explore industry relationships and partnerships within the construction and real estate industries specifically, identifying sponsorship, association and content collaboration opportunities
Develop tailored messaging and campaigns that speak directly to construction and real estate audiences and their commercial challenges




Represent OE at relevant industry events, roundtables and conferences in the region
Advocate for and represent the Australian business within the global marketing function
Events
Manage the bi-annual conference for the Australian business
Support local events, roundtables and third-party engagements as needed
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
3-5 years in B2B marketing, ideally with exposure to qualified services, research, data/analytics, or a relevant industry (construction, real estate, or built environment a strong plus)
Someone who can understand complex economic information and make it accessible and marketable, and how can exercise strong critical thinking
Comfortable using marketing automation platforms and reporting from CRM tools (Pardot and Salesforce experience a plus)
Genuine interest in building industry relationships and partnerships, not just executing campaigns
Confident using AI tools in a marketing context, curiosity to experiment with new applications a plus
Solid written communication skills, and confidence working with subject-matter experts (economists, analysts)
Organised and comfortable managing multiple concurrent campaigns, including event delivery
Nice to Have
Existing network or experience within construction, real estate, or property/infrastructure sectors
Experience marketing subscription-based data, research or SaaS products
Interest in or background knowledge of economics
