This is the role for a capable Landscape Architect ready to step up: to take greater ownership and build real breadth across design, documentation and delivery. You'll work across every project stage, collaborate directly with clients and consultants, and be trusted to manage and ultimately lead projects as your capability grows, with senior support close at hand.
Key responsibilities
Contribute from site analysis, master planning and concept design through documentation, tender and construction.
Develop clear, creative and practical design responses to the brief, site context, approvals and objectives.
Prepare high-quality drawings, visualisations, specifications, schedules and tender documentation.
Coordinate landscape outcomes with clients, contractors, authorities and internal and external disciplines.
Manage tasks and smaller projects against agreed scope, program, budget and quality.
Participate confidently in design reviews, client presentations and stakeholder discussions.
Grow client base and invigorate design outcomes for the team.
About you
Around 2–5 years of relevant landscape architecture experience; capability matters more than exact years.
Experience across concept design, design development, detailed documentation and construction-phase services.
Strong design thinking with a practical grasp of materials, planting, levels, grading,



detailing and construction.
Competence in AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite (Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, Lumion or Enscape advantageous).
Clear communication and sound organisation across multiple deadlines and changing project needs.
Tertiary qualification in Landscape Architecture; AILA registration or progress towards it valued.
Australian working rights and a driver licence.
