The Role
We are seeking a
Business Support Officer
to join our team. This is a dual role where you will be the first point of contact for potential customers, while also providing vital administrative support to keep our operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound and receive inbound calls to potential customers.
Qualify leads, answer enquiries, and schedule phone consultations and site inspection for our operations team.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
Email Management
Enter new jobs accurately into our job management software system.
Prepare and complete compliance documentation for installations.




Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM and job management systems.
Provide daily operational support to the team – Including scheduling, coordinating installers, and managing follow-ups.
Assist with coordinating installations and customer follow-ups.
Maintain organised and accurate records in CRM and other systems.
Assist with general administration duties, and ad hoc tasks to keep the office running efficiently.
What We're Looking For
Excellent phone manner and customer service skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
Experience with job management or CRM software - Ideally, in simPRO (will provide training if needed).
Some understanding of compliance and documentation requirements (solar/renewable energy experience an advantage, but not essential).
A proactive, positive attitude and willingness to learn.
