About the Role
n
We're after a reliable Warehouse & Factory Assistant to join our Moss Vale team. It's a hands-on, varied role — some days you'll be in the warehouse getting orders out the door, other days you'll be helping on the factory floor putting our products together. You'll report to the General Manager and work alongside our Warehouse and Factory Team Leaders, plus the wider production and sales crew.

Unloading deliveries and checking off incoming goods

Receiving and storing stock
n
Picking and packing orders accurately
n




Loading and unloading trucks and containers
n
Occasionally jumping in to help with deliveries
n
Stocktakes and inventory checks
n
Keeping the warehouse clean, safe and organised
n
Liaising with couriers to ensure orders are collected on time
n

Factory
n
n
Assembling products accurately and to spec
n
Helping test incoming shipments to make sure they meet our quality standards
n
Assisting with operating factory machinery and using hand tools and equipment safely
n
Pitching in with general factory duties and supporting the production team
n
n
About You
n
n
You've got some experience in a warehouse, factory or manufacturing workplace — or you're keen to learn and happy to put the work in
n
Reliable, punctual, and comfortable with physical, hands-on work
n
A team player who takes pride in accuracy and quality
n
Good communication skills, with the ability to liaise confidently with couriers, drivers, and colleagues across the business
n
You're safety-conscious and do things the right way, not just the fast way
n
A forklift licence and MR licence are desirable but not essential — we're happy to support the right person to get these
n
Able to work well both independently and as part of a small, close-knit team
