The Role
This is an office that provides plenty of support and structure! Managing a portfolio of 90 schemes this is an opportunity that will see you:
Build strong relationships with property owners and committees
Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and manage disputes
Coordinate building repairs, maintenance, and contractor quotes
Prepare budgets and financial reports
Organise and chair onsite and virtual meetings, including site inspections
The Candidate
Previous experience in Strata Management with a current Strata License
Strong attention to detail with the ability to multi-task
The ability to fit into a bright & bubbly team
A passion for building relationships and providing exceptional customer service
Fantastic time management & organizational skills
This role is perfect for someone who is highly knowledgeable in strata & strong at actioning tasks!
