Job Description
The position provides care and assistance to existing and recent clients. You will serve as director of first impressions and point of contact for clients in the office.

Key responsibilities

Serve as point of contact for clients in the office
n
Provide assistance with consumer finance enquiries
n
Complete pricing and valuation requests as required
n
Process documents received for each request, verifying accuracy and completeness
n
Answer phones and take enquiries
n
About you
n
Knowledge of basic lending, real estate contracts and lending language a definite advantage
n
Ability to provide excellent customer service in person and on the phone
n
Ability to handle multiple tasks and frequent interruptions
n
Ability to handle high energy situations with calmness and courtesy
n
Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
n
Excellent records and file management skills
n
Knowledge and experience using MS Word, Excel, Outlook
