Australia's leading provider of property valuation, data and advisory solutions is seeking a Property and Facilities Coordinator to centrally coordinate Herron Todd White's office services and administration nationally.
Herron Todd White (HTW) has more than 700 property professionals and national coverage across Australia. We combine deep local expertise with data, technology and digital valuation solutions to support Australia's banking, finance and property sectors.
The role will be based in the Brisbane CBD, report directly to the Group CFO, and have an immediate focus on reviewing and right-sizing HTW offices across both metro and regional Australia.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the coordination of all office relocations, including the set up of recent sites and closure of exited locations
Coordinate and attend property inspections, as required across metro and regional Australia
Coordinate repairs,



maintenance, and property improvement works as needed
Perform general administrative duties as required.
Skills & Experience and Key Requirements
Experience in property management, facilities coordination, property administration or a related field (is an advantage but not essential)
Ability to work autonomously with initiative.
Ability to coordinate multiple properties, projects and competing priorities.
Must have flexibility to travel as required
