Duties & Responsibilities
n
Oversee daily distribution center operations by supervising and coaching storepersons, managing key 3PL client accounts to consistently meet SLAs, maintaining 100% inventory accuracy in INFOR/Paperless WMS, executing inbound and outbound turnarounds within 2 days, and enforcing safe work practices across all site activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications
n
n
Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse, DC, or 3PL environment
n
Strong proficiency in WMS software (INFOR, Paperless, or similar) and Microsoft Office
n
Current Forklift License (LF) highly desirable
n
Excellent problem-solving capabilities with solid numerical and commercial acumen
n
Empathetic leadership style with a proven track record of coaching and inspiring teams
n
