We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Working Supervisor to oversee our Hyne Timber Tuan Mill site.
n
This is a hands-on cleaning and operations role, combining commercial cleaning, team leadership, client communication and day-to-day site coordination.
n
Perform hands-on commercial cleaning duties as part of daily site operations
n
Conduct regular site inspections and cleaning audits to maintain quality standards
n
Build and maintain positive client relationships through regular communication and engagement
n
Supervise, train and support cleaning staff to ensure consistent service delivery
n
Manage site rostering and assist with staff scheduling and coverage
n
Monitor stock and consumables, including ordering and maintaining site supplies
n
Assist with administrative duties, including timesheets, payroll sign-off and reporting
n
Respond promptly to client requests, feedback and operational issues
n
Ensure workplace health and safety requirements are followed
n
Location: Hyne Timber Tuan Mill
n Employment Type: Full Time
n Hours: Monday to Friday, 2:30 pm – 10:00 pm

About You
n
n
Previous commercial cleaning experience – essential
n
Previous leadership or supervisory experience
n
Strong communication and client engagement skills
n
The ability to work hands-on while supervising and supporting a team
n
Experience with rostering, team coordination and site operations
n
Robust organisational and time management skills
n
A reliable and professional approach to work
n
A positive attitude and willingness to support and assist others
n
Basic to intermediate computer skills, including email, Excel, reporting systems and mobile applications
n
A current Australian manual driver's licence – essential, as the successful applicant will be required to drive a site vehicle
n
