About the role
n
A need has arisen for an experienced Customer Service / Counter Sales Team Leader to take join their small but happy team based in the western suburbs of Melbourne.
n
In this dynamic, challenging and "hands on" role you will be responsible for:
n
n
Managing a small but happy and experienced team
n
Serving customers over the counter
n
Answering incoming enquiries regarding stock availability, deliveries and pricing
n
Providing quotes to customers via phone or email
n
Making a couple of outbound calls a day to existing customers to ensure their needs are being met
n
Inputting sales orders
n
Coordinating with warehouse staff to ensure customer delivery expectations are met
n
Analysis of stock availability using system reports.
n




Maintenance of customer information regarding orders held in the system
n
n
Skills & experience
n
As the ideal candidate and to make the transition as smooth as possible, you will possess the following key attributes:
n
n
Previous customer service team leadership experience ideally within the signwriting, print, labels or closely related industry
n
Be a team player that is willing to roll up their sleeves and get involved in the day to day running of the business
n
An ability to coach, mentor and develop people
n
Excellent communication, time management and customer service skills
n
Above average computer literacy with excellent attention to detail
n
Reliable and honest and is someone that can own their mistakes
n
